Information you provide

The request form collects your name, email, shipping ZIP code, project details, and any files you attach. Phone number and needed-by date are optional. Project details can include product choices, quantity, colors, personalization, dimensions, material, and notes.

Upload only files you have permission to share. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or personal information that is not needed for the project.

How we use it

We use your details and uploads to assess printability, prepare a quote, communicate about the request, fulfill an approved order, and provide support. We send request confirmations and status updates to the email you submit. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Storage and service providers

Request records and files are stored with the website’s hosting and storage providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Google Workspace processes our business email, including confirmations and status updates. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Invoice and payment instructions identify the payment service used for an approved order; this request form does not collect card details.

Uploaded files have no public download link. Access to the website’s stored uploads is restricted to the authorized Hyped3D owner. Tracking requires the request number and matching email and displays a limited project summary, not your contact details, private notes, or files.

Browser data

The form stores a random request identifier and a hash in your tab’s session storage to prevent duplicate submissions. It does not store your contact details there. The site also uses hashed email values and request counters to limit abuse. Hosting providers may process technical connection data for operation and security. Fonts or images loaded from other websites may send those providers normal connection information.

Retention and your requests

We retain request information and uploads in our project records for review, fulfillment, support, and necessary business records. Email orders@hyped3d.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion of details or uploads we no longer need. Include your request number and write from the email used for the request so we can verify it. Some transaction or support records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.

Use the same address for privacy questions or concerns about information submitted by someone else.
